Hello….I work with this condition every day. For women that decide to have the surgery I recommend they do my Tupler Technique program after the surgery to maintain the integrity of the stitching of the surgery. I work with a couple of plastic surgeons in NYC and they recommend their clients do my program for this reason. In repairing the recti muscle they will either sew the connective tissue, sew the muscles or put in a piece a mesh. All require stitching. If you do abdominal exercises incorrectly or use your abs incorrectly during activities of daily living you can undo the stitching of the surgery….

Thank you. My condition is fairly common from what I hear from my doctor and what I’ve read on the internet. I’m not sure of the percentage of pregnant women that get the condition though.

hi, I hope your surgery is succeed. How complicated is your condition? I really hope that you’re okay. This is my first visit, but, I really love your blog. However, it’s pretty scary for me looking at those surgery tools. I hate blood. I can collapse if see any of blood. I’ll be waiting for your update.
