Removed EntreCard and BlogRush Widgets

I decided earlier today to remove the EntreCard and BlogRush widgets from my site. They were not driving a great deal of traffic to my site. Even when I post regularly there is not much different. Yeah if you drop several cards with EntreCard then you have some visitors here and there. On the other hand, I felt all that was not worth the effort for me at this time. When I am online I rather use a system that has guaranteed return traffic or work on networking with other bloggers in a socializing atmosphere.
Some people have told me that they see the traffic from these sources, but I do not see the same. I gave my credits to a friend but decided not to close the accounts just in case I change my mind. You never know. I had to reject pending advertisement requests so I apologize to anyone that was effected by that.
I have dropped the BlogRush since 9 months ago, when I found it's not even helped me drive more traffic to me site…
However, I still keep the entrecard for some reasons…
