After testing positive, I had to find a place to get a prescription since I don't have a primary health care provider. I went to a walk-in clinic to get a prescription for strep throat. I was horrified when I found out the cost to just get a script was $74. That didn't even include the antibiotic. After my clinic visit, I was doing some internet searching to find the nearest and cheapest pharmacy. I was amazed to read that the St. Louis Schnucks Pharmacy's offered free antibiotics. This month has been extremely hard on my finances, so the free antibiotic was wonderful news. Thank you very much for offering a program that helps out this struggling single mom.
