Happy Veterans Day everyone. On this day, I honor the men in my life and all other men and women that have served our country in the United States Armed Forces.

1. Where is the furthest place that you have traveled and how far away from home is it?
I have never traveled outside of the country, so the furthest places from home have been Las Vegas and New York City.
2. What is a blog that you would recommend for us to read and why?
Dooce.com is my [...]
We watched Enchanted last night via Charter On Demand. The movie was much better than I thought it would be. An excellent choice for a family movie. I even found myself singing along with Giselle. This is extremely odd for a person who is not very fond of musicals.
I turn into [...]
Up until a couple of days ago, William and Keisha did not know the name of this little creature. Until he gets mad, he is a little cute and friendly but when angered he turns into a boggart.

The second recovered post from a few days ago…
A few years back, JT got me hooked on Doctor Who (the newer series). I thought it was garbage at first but then as I sat to watch it, I was immediately interested in the storyline. We were excited when we heard about the spinoff series called [...]
Recovered this post from FeedBlitz…
Since I last wrote here, I was scared to death about Keisha’s lack of hearing. Thankfully since then, her hearing has drastically improved. From March to Mid May the hearing worsened by the week, then suddenly in May things started to get better and this was even before the ENT appointment. [...]
The next Star Trek movie does not come out until Christmas 2008, but here is the first teaser trailer that made its debut last week with Cloverfield in the theatre.
Of course the teaser trailer, does not show us much… but it does get me hyped up for the movie because I am a Trekkie.
I was going through my Google Reader feeds this evening and came across a post that Yahoo was going to have The Sarah Connor Chronicles Pilot on their site starting today. I thought it was too good to be true, but I then decided that it had to be legit if it was Yahoo right?
I went to the site and the entire 45 minute pilot is there. We watched the pilot and I enjoyed it a great deal. You can check out the video on Yahoo for free. This is more than a week in advance from the Fox premiere on January 13. That is pretty cool. So far the plot is excellent and if you are a Terminator fan you should enjoy it. Never seen Terminator? I think the show will pick up new fans too.
I am looking forward to more episodes and more advance shows on Yahoo… or whoever else wants to jump on the bandwagon.
Have you heard about the new Knight Rider coming back to NBC? It will premiere on February 17, 2008. I am pretty excited about this because I was hooked on the original 80s series. See the second trailer at the end of this post.
Here is a 15 second teaser trailer that NBC aired during Sunday Night Football.
With only 15 seconds… I suppose teaser is an understatement. Regardless, I will be tuning in on February 17.
