Two years ago, I received the following email:

If you were a member of a BMG Music Service Club and paid shipping and handling charges for delivery of Club items during the period from June 14, 1998 through February 1, 2005, then click below for more information on the class action
settlement of Stelk v. BeMusic, Inc.
And it had the following URL at the bottom of the email:
http://www.bmgmusic.com/stelk/settlement
Unfortunately the URLabove no longer works. I wonder what the status of the class action law suit is. Please leave a comment if you have any updates.
What ever happened to this? All the links seem to just redirect to the main page. I cannot find any information or updates regarding this class action settlement.
Hello, I am not sure what happened. I never received any follow up emails regarding the class action settlement. If I come across anything I will be sure to share.
