If you use WordPress on your blog, I recommend that you install Akismet to help eliminate incoming spam. I have been using it for a few weeks now and I love it. I thought about reinstalling a captcha code (previously had one a couple of years ago) here, but after using Akismet, I don’t have a need for it.

Akismet is free for personal use and you only need an API key (that is also free) to activate and use the plugin.
